Corban graduated Berklee College Of Music in June 2020 with a Bachelors of Music, majoring in professional music. His school concentrates were performance and songwriting. At School he had the opportunity to study with many great musicians and songwriters including Joe K. Walsh, Jason Annick, Greg Liszt, and Mark Simos.
In 2018, Corban attended the Acoustic Music Seminar (AMS) in Savannah, Georgia. AMS is connected to the Savannah Music Festival, and each year, 16 young musicians are selected from an international pool of applicants to participate. It is an environment of weeklong, nonstop, performance-focused workshopping, guided by some of the most prolific acoustic musicians performing today. While at AMS, Corban had the opportunity to learn from, and be coached by Mike Marshall, Julian Lage, and Mike Block, among others.
In 2017 Corban was awarded a European Bluegrass Music Association (EBMA) Youth Scholarship to attend Sore Fingers Week in the Cotswolds.
